  1. Verify Correct API Settings: Ensure that the API settings are correctly configured. Incorrect or outdated API configurations will hinder the automatic tenant creation process.
  2. Platform-Specific Settings: Review specific settings on your storefront that facilitate tenant creation. For example, products should be appropriately marked (like 'WPCS Product' in WooCommerce) to initiate the creation of a new tenant.
  3. Check System Delays: Sometimes, there might be a system delay in reflecting the new tenant. Wait for a short period and then check again.
  4. Check the WooCommerce Notes on the Subscription: In your storefront, navigate to the order that represents your subscription. Edit this order by either going into the order (when using Woo Subscriptions) or go to the parent order in your order overview, in the url you should see the order number, subtract one, and then go to that URL in the case of Subscriptions for WooCommerce. You’ll see the notes on the right hand side. If there’s an error during “Transition” it should give a hint as to what the problem was.
